Paid, but no key in your inbox?

If Lava confirmed your payment but the email with your key never arrived, we can deliver it again. Use the order number from your Lava receipt and the same email you paid with.

The order number is the long ID next to “Receipt Invoice” in the PDF receipt from Lava. It is not the short payment reference from your bank.

Where to find it

  1. Open the payment receipt Lava emailed you after the purchase.
  2. Copy the value on the “Receipt Invoice” line — a UUID like 14ea8ee4-3010-4942-a6c5-ea4c2c704925.
  3. Enter it above together with the email you used at checkout.
